Dear Sir/Madam,
I live in Durham City, England, UK.
My house looks east. Every morning I look out of my kitchen window at about 5am/5.30am/6am/6.30am and there is a bright object, presumably Venus.
If Venus and the Earth are orbiting the Sun at different distances from the Sun and if they in addition they are travelling at different speeds. Then how is it that Venus is there every morning?
