Sorry have to be more clear: The link at the top of the page links to
the correct episode. The embedded player on this page seems to link
to the wrong episode as in the RSS feed.

The link above works for me, but the RSS feed links to *090409.mp3
instead of the correct *090406.mp3. It adds to the confusion that the date
for this episode is stated as April 13th, but *090413.mp is actually
episode 133 released on April 16th ;)

Spitzer: check
James Webb: check
Herschel:....
Where's Herschel?
Its launching in a few weeks. When I saw the title of the show I presumed it would be your focus...very surprised it wasn't even mentioned.

I'm probably missing something here, but I thought Herschel was the biggest space based telescope ever built. I'm quite exited about it actually...why no mention?

Hi! I know there's a common misconception that infrared energy is the same as heat energy; as you know, they are very different types of energy. When you say that we feel infrared energy as heat, isn't that perhaps adding to this misconception? Don't we feel most of the light we absorb as heat, whether it is visible light or infrared light? (and out of curiousity, is that why large doses of x-ray radiation from a bomb can burn someone?)
